I am Engineer Kumar Shailendra, your Sevak and a dedicated worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
When the Hon’ble Prime Minister referred to himself as the Pradhan Sevak, it gave a profound sense of purpose to my political life. From that very moment, I resolved to dedicate my entire life to public service.
By electing me three times as the MLA from Bihpur, the people have entrusted me with the honour and responsibility of serving them. I have consistently endeavoured to discharge this responsibility with utmost devotion, sincerity, and integrity.
Over the past several years, I have made every possible effort to address the key challenges of the region and to fulfil the basic needs of the people.
Today, I have taken a solemn pledge to transform Bihpur into an ideal Assembly constituency of Bihar.
In the coming five years, we must work across all sectors of development - education, health, agriculture, employment, skill development, industry, sports, and more - to ensure the holistic development of Bihpur and secure a brighter future for its people, a responsibility they have entrusted to me.
To turn this vision into reality, I seek your continued cooperation and blessings. I have complete faith that under the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister and with the support of a strong and progressive government in the state, we will surely achieve this goal.
